The plot has a steep slope. The High School leverages this to minimize its visual impact along the boulevard: the different buildings are arranged in a comb-like fashion along a covered circulation. The existing flows are multiple, with the main one crossing the plot from West to East experiencing this slope. The construction project is carried out while the site remains occupied and must limit its impact on the daily life of the users.

Our proposal follows the main guidelines established by the external designers. The new volume is installed perpendicular to the slope, with a ground floor on half-levels to adapt to the natural slope and facilitate access. The project naturally limits noise and visual nuisances generated by the boulevard while also playing an identification role. It's a new tooth added to the comb, grafting onto the West-East flow. It accompanies it and compensates for its shortcomings: it spans it to better protect it from the weather and ensures the crossing of the elevation for people with reduced mobility (PRM). Circulations are defined and meaningful, with a canopy, courtyard, exchange space with tables and benches, high-ceilinged or more intimate spaces. The building's design is resolutely geared towards prefabricated production (DfMA – Design for Manufacturing), aiming for accelerated implementation with minimal impact on users.
