Upper House is inspired by the organic forms of the Daintree Rainforest. Located only moments away from the heart of the Southbank cultural precinct, the building delivers a new quality of inner-urban life - where a connection to nature, quality design, resident wellbeing and environmental sustainability align in one expressive form.

The building has been positioned on site with consideration to the amenity of neighbouring properties, with generous setbacks to each of the lot boundaries (varying from 3m to 4.8m).
