The project encompasses a comprehensive overhaul of the apartment, focusing on both its layout and systems. Responding to the client's specific requirements, we introduced an additional room for use as a study, along with an extra bathroom. To maximize functionality, we successfully incorporated a laundry space as well. Capitalizing on the owner's indifference toward the kitchen, we transformed it into a discreet kitchenette, concealed behind a seamless floor-to-ceiling door.

The garden underwent a transformative redesign, featuring various levels that serve both practical and aesthetic purposes. It is no longer a mere visual element but seamlessly integrated with the encompassing terrace that envelops the entire apartment.
