The project encompasses a comprehensive overhaul of the apartment, focusing on both its layout and systems. Responding to the client's specific requirements, we introduced an additional room for use as a study, along with an extra bathroom. To maximize functionality, we successfully incorporated a laundry space as well. Capitalizing on the owner's indifference toward the kitchen, we transformed it into a discreet kitchenette, concealed behind a seamless floor-to-ceiling door.
The garden underwent a transformative redesign, featuring various levels that serve both practical and aesthetic purposes. It is no longer a mere visual element but seamlessly integrated with the encompassing terrace that envelops the entire apartment.
For the interior, a light plank parquet flooring was meticulously selected. The bathrooms received a touch of sophistication with the inclusion of bespoke Bisazza tiles, and all carpentry work was executed with precision, tailored to fit the unique dimensions of the space.
