This is the 1st owned property for my young client – a small 45 sq m apartment in the building of 1960s in the centre of the city. The apartment never new renovation since it was initially built, so my task was to completely review both the plan and the interior design.

We wanted the apartment to become modern and airy yet to keep the historical trails by preserving some specific architectural technics of the 1960s, such as the transom between kitchen and bathroom. The flat used to be a tiny space with low ceilings, just 2,55 m, and I’ve applied quite a number of decorative techniques to visually enlarge the premise: accents on the wall lighting instead of the ceilings in the sitting room, mirrors, light compact furniture and calm pastel colors.

The thorough selection of artworks added to the radiant contemporary atmospere of this renovated apartment.
