The Instituto de Productos Lácteos de Asturias (IPLA) is located in La Corredoria, on the outskirts of Oviedo.

Inside, atriums bring natural light into the interior, creating spaces for researchers to interact and spend time in.
On the ground floor, the atrium is transformed into a green garden with climbing plants at the entrance, around which the management area and the foyer are located.
On the upper floors, the offices are located on the west façade and the laboratories on the east and south façades, protected by the solar protection skin that will give the building a considerable improvement in energy efficiency.
