In the fascinating world of renovation, our latest project revisits a 1990s apartment, giving it new life and a contemporary aesthetic.
Situated on two floors, with a striking cantilevered wooden staircase, this residence is now a blend of styles that tells a story of elegant transition.
The third floor houses the lively 'living area'.
The new wooden floor, also skilfully repeated in the cantilevered staircase, creates a visual link between the levels.
Walls painted alternately in black and white create a frame for the kitchen island in satin-finished stainless steel that becomes the centrepiece of conviviality, while the table and chairs Livia by Giò Ponti, with their timeless design, complete the ensemble, uniting modernity and classicism by conferring a distinctive elegance.
The furnishing of the living area is completed by a sofa strategically placed in the centre.
Above the sofa, a round light fixture completes the living area furnishings. This element adds not only a functional light source, but also a decorative touch that emphasises the style and atmosphere of the room. Its round shape is in harmony with the modern design of the other elements in the living area. The use of a light fixture helped to create pleasant ambient lighting, making the sofa not only a place to relax, but also a visual focal point in the overall ambience of the living area.
The bathroom, clad in Marquina marble, is a fusion of luxury and modernity. The dark marble walls contrast with the bright surfaces, creating a bathroom that is a combination of comfort and contemporary style
The sleeping area on the fourth floor is a serene retreat, where the wooden floor continues to create a cosy atmosphere.
The suspended staircase leads to an intimate reading space, a warm and cosy corner that invites relaxation and contemplation.

Nell'affascinante mondo della ristrutturazione, il nostro ultimo progetto rivisita un appartamento degli anni '90, donandogli una nuova vita e un'estetica contemporanea.
Situato su due piani, con una suggestiva scala a pedate a sbalzo in legno, questa residenza è ora un connubio di stili che racconta una storia di transizione elegante.
Il terzo piano accoglie la vivace "zona giorno".
Il nuovo pavimento in legno, ripetuto con maestria anche nella scala a sbalzo, crea un legame visivo tra i livelli.
Le pareti dipinte alternativamente in nero e bianco creano una cornice per l'isola cucina in acciaio inox satinato che diventa il fulcro della convivialità, mentre il tavolo e le sedie Livia di Giò Ponti, con il loro design senza tempo, completano l'insieme, unendo modernità e classicità conferendo un'eleganza distintiva.
L'arredamento della zona giorno è completato da un divano posizionato strategicamente al centro.
Sopra il divano, un' apparecchio illuminante rotondo completa l'arredamento della zona giorno. Questo elemento aggiunge non solo una fonte di luce funzionale, ma anche un tocco decorativo che enfatizza lo stile e l'atmosfera dell'ambiente. La sua forma rotonda è in sintonia con il design moderno degli altri elementi presenti nella zona giorno. L'uso di un apparecchio illuminante ha contribuito a creare un'illuminazione ambientale piacevole, rendendo il divano non solo un luogo di relax, ma anche un punto focale visivo nell'ambiente complessivo della zona giorno.
Il bagno, rivestito con marmo Marquina, è una fusione di lusso e modernità. Le pareti di marmo scuro si contrappongono alle superfici luminose, creando una sala da bagno che è un connubio di comfort e stile contemporaneo
La zona notte al quarto piano è un rifugio sereno, dove il pavimento in legno continua a creare un'atmosfera accogliente.
La scala sospesa conduce a uno spazio lettura intimo, un angolo caldo e avvolgente che invita al relax e alla contemplazione.
