A planning of a small, one bedroom apartment, a total of 60 square meters, Full of an intelligent and interesting details.

We were called to design an apartment in an older building, it had a classic layout that characterizes the center of Tel Aviv in the 1950s. We were asked to hold several functions that were important to the clients, a young couple:

A large and active kitchen open to the living room, an inviting work area, a smart and neat shower and as much storage as possible.

We made a vast change in everything we could in terms of the layout and the design of the apartment, every element was treated at the most thorough level possible, whatever we could not do, due to the challenges of the existing state of the building, we managed to bypass it in a hidden way and with the help of sophisticated details.

The work on the apartment was challenging in terms of the size of the apartment, we managed to make all the functions exist all together in harmony, with the help of proper planning, and with the help of technical knowledge and technology.

Some elements that are worth mentioning are the dining area which interfaces with an open seating bench for more storage, which turns into an internal garden/patio in the apartment.

The issue of air conditioning and artificial ventilation from the toilet made us very creative and pass through the bedroom and out with the help of gypsum element which forced us to thicken the wall which also became a storage wall with lighting that compliments the back of a bed that we cast in concrete! Through the screen element in the central space, which is a two-sided that required a lot of coordination between the professionals, the carpenter, the kitchen, the metal guys, the marble professional, the electrician, and the contractor. This element holds a lot of electrical and communication cables and holds the TV screen from one side and hold a stainless-steel sheet cover from the stove to protect the wood from the stove.
