The Little Club House is a unique urban residence in the center of Moscow. The idea, philosophy and architecture are inspired by Dior fashion house.

The "Little" Club house is decorated in a classic finish, has a neoclassical rusticated facade with fragments of piece clinker and classic cornices. To create a complete architectural appearance, the facade is covered with a modern seam roof with dormer windows, and for maximum illumination of the lots, the apartments of the house have panoramic windows to the floor. The second floor of the house is equipped with French balconies, aesthetically hiding places for outdoor air conditioning units.

The exclusive suites of the club house are divided into two types:

1. "Ground" apartments with their own entrance to separate townhouses in the city center, with their own patio;

2. Duplex penthouses "Roof". The sunlit space of the apartment, which has a two-level layout, as if takes us to a stylish European mansion. The space creates the atmosphere of a palace, while remaining intimate and cozy.

The "Little"Clubhouse is surrounded by a hand-forged metal fence made according to special sketches. The hedge is aesthetically framed by a green hedge.The residence has its own eco-parking for cars, bicycle Parking, video surveillance, security, a landscaped playground for sports and a playground within walking distance. The paving of the sidewalks of the territory is made using multiformat tiles, emphasizing the style of the era.
