This assignment starts from a very clear premise; to create a model of a Mediterranean style shoe store with a neutral, simple and cozy interior design.

This objective is achieved by choosing a very common and traditional material in our architectural culture: the Catalan ceramic rasilla.

 We opted for this unique material that solves the whole proposal adapting like a sheet in vertical and horizontal to all the requirements of a commercial space of these characteristics in terms of its distribution and thus the spaces of showcase, shelves, customer service bar, seats and bleachers for the smaller ones are solved.

The orientation of the 14x28cm piece and its change of modeling also allows segregating the more private spaces from the public ones and creating different finishes and deliveries according to the requirements of the furniture. Some special pieces such as the tile lights have also been designed from this piece.

It is a constructive, open and adaptable system on which we will continue to investigate and that can be enriched with other configurations and solutions that we are already preparing for other stores of the same brand.

Este encargo parte de una premisa muy clara; crear un modelo de tienda de zapatos de estilo mediterráneo con un diseño de interiores neutro, sencillo y acogedor.

Este objetivo se consigue a partir de la elección de un material muy común y tradicional a nuestra cultura arquitectónica: la rasilla cerámica catalana.

Optamos por este único material que resuelve toda la propuesta adaptándose como una sábana en vertical y horizontal a todos los requisitos que plantea un espacio comercial de estas características en cuanto a su distribución y así se resuelven los espacios de escaparate, estanterías, barra de atención a los clientes, asientos y gradas por los más pequeños.

La orientación de la pieza de 14x28cm y su cambio de modelaje permite también segregar los espacios más privados de los públicos y crear diferentes acabados y entregas según los requisitos del mobiliario. S han diseñado incluso también algunas piezas especiales como las luces del azulejo a partir de esta pieza.

Se trata de un sistema constructivo, abierto y adaptable sobre el que continuaremos investigando y que se podrá ir enriqueciendo con otras configuraciones y soluciones que ya estamos preparando para otras tiendas de la misma marca.

El jurat considera que ha de ser premiada aquesta petita obra per la resolució del programa amb un sol llenguatge i material i amb una cuidada execució en els seus detalls. Alhora que resol la imatge, sempre difícil, de l'aparador, reculant-se de manera no impositiva el que produeix un amable llindar cap al carrer comercial.
