Hawai'i X Residence harmonizes sweeping vistas of the ocean and mountains on Kaua'i's south shore with moments of tranquil seclusion, crafting a collection of spaces designed for every occasion. Lava walls, standing at a height of eight feet, delineate a boundary between the auto court and an intimate garden and lawn enclave. The Main Living wing, enclosed in glass walls, connects the reflective garden to the sociable lanai, swimming pool, and alfresco covered dining area. Nestled into the sloping terrain and surrounded by lush tropical flora, a private lounge area features a linear firepit and plush seating, forming an inviting setting for stargazing and conversation. To capture sunsets in the west and views of Mount Haupu in the east, an elevated roof deck and Family Room perch above the home's western wing.
