Located on a plot of land with a high slope, the project is based on the development of a single-family house. As such, given the context of the place, one of the premises of the project is to absorb and explore the characteristics of the land, taking advantage of its excellent sun exposure while adapting to the terrain.

Due to the slope of the land and its irregular shape, the design for the project involves creating several volumes that develop within the land at the same time that, articulated between them with lags and twists to shape themselves to the design of the land, draw the indoor and outdoor spaces as well as access. The project seeks to create continuity between the design of the outdoor green space and the volumetric design of the housing mass.

In this way, a modeling drawing of the land is created that defines the entrance at the level of public access while at the same time extending and articulating with the more public program of the house, such as access and car parking. The volumes created allow the housing program to extend to the upper part of the land where the private and social part of the housing is developed.

The volumes are organized in such a way that the internal spaces extend to the outside through openings located in open areas. In this way, the sensation of space ends up being an interpretation between what we can physically walk through/feel and what we can walk through visually.

Given the high slope of the land, the volumes appear as if they were embedded in the terrain. Its concrete materiality aims to reinforce its pre-existence on site.
