This interpretation of the traditional Bavarian house provides a modern yet rural and natural atmosphere while adhering to the strict local building guidelines. The slatted facade can be closed completely when closing the wooden window shutters, sliding panels made of the same lamellas as the facade.

The house entrance in a glass element between garage and house offering a vista of the garden behind. Inside the areas are distiguished with different ceiling heights ("Raumplan"), creating comfortable and generous spaces. The sculptural stairs offers multiple ways to experience the space. The wooden interior creates a warm and calming atmosphere.
