This summer home is located towards the north of Santiago, in a condominium whose homes have similar characteristics in terms of size and color. The slope of the land influenced its shape to be elongated and located with the elevation, in addition to wanting to place all the windows towards the best views of the sea. It is a house of simple construction, with a quick and effective execution process, designed entirely in wood of standard dimensions.
