Gråsejen is a vibrant new family-focused development in the heart of Mölndal, Sweden. Occupying an urban block, it delivers 106 new apartments, restaurants, and shops on the ground floor. The main block is characterised by varying brick facades with a high level of detailing in bright red, and main entrances that is framed by yellow sheet metal. With well-thought-out architecture that is well integrated in its context, Gråsejen has transformed the inner city into a thriving new neighbourhood.
