Nestled in the vibrant Villeray neighborhood of Montreal, Casavant is a French brasserie-style restaurant that seamlessly blends timeless elegance with a contemporary twist. This cozy establishment, with a seating capacity of 45, invites patrons into a warm and intimate ambiance, where every guest is brought closer together to share in the conviviality of the dining experience.

Casavant's interior exudes a distinct charm with its 3D-patterned floor tiles and beige wall tiles, creating a visually captivating atmosphere. The burnt orange corduroy banquettes add a touch of sophistication, providing both comfort and style. The centerpiece of the space is an impressive custom wine cellar crafted from white oak, showcasing an extensive selection of natural wines.

From the moment you enter Casavant, you are greeted by the lively action in the kitchen, adding an element of excitement to the dining experience. The ceiling boasts a unique, funky patterned alcove made from colorful acoustic panels, contributing to the restaurant's eclectic and inviting character while helping with the acoustical comfort.

Local artist Nicolas Grenier's painting on the wall further enhances the aesthetic appeal of Casavant, providing a nod to the rich artistic culture of Montreal. A vintage Medusa pendant light by Carlo Nason, visible from the street, acts as a beacon, drawing attention to the restaurant's unique charm. Located on a street corner with opening windows, the restaurant is flooded with natural light, creating an inviting and airy atmosphere.

Casavant seamlessly combines Art Deco influences with a contemporary approach, creating a space that is both timeless and cutting-edge.  With its warm ambiance, impressive design elements, and delectable yet simple dishes, Casavant stands as a testament to Montreal's vibrant culinary scene.

Situé dans le quartier animé de Villeray à Montréal, Casavant est une brasserie française mariant l’élégance intemporelle à une touche contemporaine. L’établissement, d’une capacité de 45 places assises, invite les clients dans une ambiance chaleureuse et intimiste, où chaque convive est très près l’un de l’autre pour partager la convivialité de l’expérience culinaire.

L’intérieur de Casavant dégage un charme distinct avec au sol son motif de céramique à effet 3D conçu sur mesure et créant une atmosphère visuellement captivante. Les banquettes en velours côtelé orange brulé ajoutent une touche de sophistication, alliant confort et style. Le point central de l’espace est un impressionnant cellier sur mesure en chêne blanc, présentant une vaste sélection de vins naturels.

Dès que vous entrez chez Casavant, vous êtes accueilli par l’animation vivante de la cuisine, ajoutant un élément d’excitation à l’expérience culinaire. Le plafond arbore une alcôve unique de forme atypique constituée de panneaux acoustiques colorés, contribuant au caractère éclectique et accueillant du restaurant tout en améliorant le confort acoustique.

La toile de l’artiste local Nicolas Grenier sur le mur rehausse encore l’attrait esthétique de Casavant, faisant référence à la riche culture artistique de Montréal. Une lampe vintage Medusa conçue par Carlo Nason, visible depuis la rue, agit comme un phare, attirant l’attention sur le charme unique du restaurant.
