This rear backyard house is built with materials reused from the dismanteling of the warehouse that was on the plot (brick, steel structures, floorplates ... ). The dwelling extends over a length of 22 meters. A series of walls, repetitively punctured, define the various spaces. The house is a succession of rooms divided by two patios. The central double-height space contains the vertical circulation of the house. The materiality of the project arises from the difficulty of accessing the construction site with particular attention to the reuse of materials on-site and off-site (e.g., marble and glazed brick: ROTOR), as well as the use of natural materials such as insulation and coatings.

Cette maison en arrière-cour est construite avec des matériaux réutilisés du démantèlement de l'entrepôt qui se trouvait sur le terrain (briques, structures en acier, plaques de sol ... ). Le logement se développe sur 22 m de long. Une série de mur, percés de manière répétitive définissent les différents espaces. La maison est une succession de pièces rythmées par deux patios. La double hauteur centrale contient la circulation verticale de la maison. La matérialité du projet découle de la difficulté d’accès du chantier avec une attention particulière pour la récupération de matériaux sur place et ex situ (ex : marbre et brique vernissée : ROTOR), ainsi que l’usage de matériaux naturels tel que les isolants et les badigeons.
