A small take-away coffee shop in the center of Barcelona called OKYGO. The idea of the place was to create an interior completely opposite to the atmosphere of the old city streets. The ultra modern and urban design of the place gives the feeling of being in a parallel reality, as if you suddenly find yourself inside a 3D rendering or the metaverse. One of the walls is completely clad with panels that imitate metal, while the other walls and the floor have a continuous shape thanks to a seamless microcement cladding; there are no skirting boards or moldings here. All brackets are concealed. Table lamps integrated into the Krion countertop add a touch of homey comfort, but here it more closely resembles what the domestic environment might be like on a spaceship.
