The design of this house has as its primary challenge, the minimization of the surface. The client was looking for the smallest possible surface area for his apartment. On the ground floor are positioned the day area, such as living, dining and cooking, a toilet and a bedroom. on the first floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The orientation of the main rooms towards the south and the opening of the windows towards nature and the sun have been the main factors that have oriented this project.
