Designed as a cohesive unit following the principles of symmetry, this project consists of two residences mirroring each other. Although they share the same courtyard, the main objective was to create two components that can be perceived both independently and as a common ecosystem, with each designed to fulfill its functions independently.

The project combines two seemingly contradictory concepts: the security of a fortress and the lightness of brightness. From the outside, the courtyard gives an impression of ruggedness, with shades of gray dominating and a concrete structure. The monochromatic nature and the absence of pronounced windows create the feeling of a closed space. Indeed, it remains secluded to the eyes of strangers, ensuring the privacy of the residents. This initial rigid impression is balanced by the greenery of the plants.

The atmosphere undergoes a dramatic transformation inside the houses. Here, privacy is combined with comfort and balance. The cool gray tones are warmly complemented by wood. The slats that become part of the facade, as well as the courtyard finish, provide a natural touch. Surrounding lighting is strategically positioned at the terrace level, creating the illusion that the residence is floating. At the same time, the lighting color, combined with the texture of the wood, adds warmth and comfort to the dwelling. To infuse the house with an ethereal and luminous quality, panoramic windows were designed on the interior side. Simultaneously, to ensure a clear visual separation, shrubs were planted along the central axis of the grounds.

The project incorporates energy-efficient features such as air conditioning with recovery, a ventilated facade, and solar panels. This ensures that functionality and aesthetics go hand in hand with contemporary trends.
