Nothing beats the ability to plan your home from the foundation of the building, carefully making your choices, and understanding your preferences and needs. In this apartment, the couple chose to hire an architect from the moment they purchased the property off-plan, enabling them to make structural and infrastructure changes to suit their requirements.

The apartment follows a very common floor plan nowadays, where the kitchen is integrated into a corridor, open to the living room. In this project, in collaboration with the clients, we decided to replace a wall with a highly functional piece of furniture that serves to divide the space. This piece of furniture caters to both the living room, housing the TV, books, and decorations, and the service area, accommodating cleaning products, pantry items, some equipment, and a coffee corner.

To create a more open and spacious feel throughout the space, we designed the table/island using the same stone as the kitchen but at a lower height, preventing a significant obstruction and ensuring more ergonomic seating. Colors play a prominent role in this home, ranging from black to white, and from blue to green. All these tones interact harmoniously, adding a personal touch to the space.
