House MK104 is a private residence in the outskirts of Nicosia. Situated in a prime location with a west-south orientation, this house is designed to cater to the needs of modern lifestyle, standing as a testament to contemporary design and thoughtful functionality.

The defining feature of House MK104 is its open-plan layout, which seamlessly connects everyday living spaces. The centerpiece of the house is the central yard, nested between the sides of an L shaped structure that is organized in two main axes. The main axis, known as the common use axis, is designed for family gatherings and social occasions, while the other, the private use axis, leads to the entrance, creating a balance between privacy and openness.

The residence consists of common areas, ancillary spaces and bedrooms, spread across two floors. The ground floor is dedicated to communal living, comprising a functional kitchen, a spacious dining area and a cozy sitting area, all located across the public axis.
