This mountaintop property is one of the most exclusive sites in California. Surrounded by sprawling wild canyons, the site offers panoramic Pacific Ocean views and extreme privacy; its distant neighbors can’t see the residence, yet its views are unlimited. Upon ascending a dramatically vertical, winding driveway, the undulating hilltop offers unforgettable vistas. 

The property includes three custom structures; a four-bedroom, five-bathroom main house (5,000sf), a one-bedroom guest house, and a barn. The structures were designed in a harmonious architectural style and are thoughtfully arrayed in line with the topography of the hilltop. 

Located on a wildlife preserve along the Central Coast of California, our team exercised extreme sensitivity to the area’s stringent building and environmental guidelines. The property has its own well and septic system and introduced minimal drought-tolerant landscaping. The hilltop is prone to extreme winds, which was a significant consideration in siting and designing the collection of structures.
