This is the challenge of our cuisine, which focuses on taste and sharpness of flavors," these are the words of Chef Jérémie from the restaurant Le Restaurant 1451.
The warm and welcoming space has, as its central focus, a cascading installation of Tulip bloom, individually handcrafted one by one in Slamp's bright atelier, where specialized artisans shape the tulips, creating unique pieces, none of which are identical to each other.
