The OFA Group in Innsbruck has created one of the largest hotels in the Tyrol: the VAYA Resort Fieberbrunn. This luxury complex has inaugurated its first winter season, welcoming guests to the snowiest holiday destination in Austria, right next to the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn cable cars. The megaproject includes a 450-bed room resort covering an area of 9,000 m². In addition to rooms, suites and penthouses of varying sizes with large terraces or balconies, the complex has stunning flats and chalets in traditional style.The complex offers four-star facilities with an indoor and outdoor pool, a large wellness area, sauna and fitness room, two restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a welcoming bar and area lounge, an underground parking garage and a nearby path to the chair-lifts: a modern and chic alpine style that meets the most selective requirements. Elegant surroundings and top-quality furnitures characterise this stunning project by architect Karl Fahrner and his team, where authenticity and a modern vibe combine with tradition. Architect Karl Fahrner, an expert in mountain construction and responsible for major real estate and tourism projects in Austria, is a discerning connoisseur of natural materials and craftsmanship. The architect chose the Murogeopietra® BERGAMO model for the VAYA Resort and used it beautifully in various indoor and outdoor contexts, thus combining the highest technical standards with the ancient feel of stone and wood.

Geopietra® cladding is laid on the entire structure, on ETAG 004 thermal insulation and guaranteed procedure. The professional installation of this material contributes fundamentally to the aesthetics and functionality of the work. Its natural appearance conceals technical characteristics such as breathability, lightness, frost, fire and earthquake resistance, colour fastness. The grey stone typical of the area, with its square profile and earthy tones combines with the warm grain of aged wood in spectacular settings where the design of the new acknowledges the technical and emotional value of traditional architecture. Murogeopietra®, placed outside, surrounds and envelops the resort in an incredible embrace.

Il gruppo OFA di Innsbruck realizza, come impresa generale, uno dei più grandi alberghi del Tirolo: il VAYA Resort Fieberbrunn. Resort di lusso, ha inaugurato la sua prima stagione invernale accogliendo gli ospiti nella destinazione di vacanza più nevosa in Austria: proprio accanto alle funivie dello Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. Il megaprogetto comprende un resort con 450 camere che si estende su una superficie di 9.000 m². Oltre a camere, suite e attici di dimensioni variabili e dotati di ampie terrazze o balconi, il complesso vanta meravigliosi appartamenti e chalet in stile tradizionale. L’architetto Karl Fahrner, esperto di costruzioni montane e responsabile di importanti progetti immobiliari e turistici in Austria, è un intenditore di materiali naturali e lavorazioni artigianali. Per il VAYA Resort l’architetto ha scelto il modello BERGAMO di Murogeopietra® e lo ha splendidamente impiegato in diversi contesti interni ed esterni, coniugando i più alti standard tecnici con le sensazioni antiche della pietra e del legno.

Il rivestimento Geopietra® è posato su tutta la struttura, su cappotto termico ETAG 004 e procedura garantita. La posa impeccabile del materiale contribuisce in modo fondamentale alla bellezza e alla funzionalità dell’opera: la sua naturalezza nasconde infatti doti tecniche importanti quali traspirabilità, leggerezza, ingelività, resistenza al fuoco e al sisma, resistenza dei colori. La pietra grigia tipica del luogo, di taglio squadrato e tonalità terrose si accompagna alle calde venature del legno invecchiato in ambienti spettacolari, in cui il progetto del nuovo riconosce il valore tecnico ed emozionale dell’architettura tradizionale.
