Brief
The customer had future plans for the apartment, whether it be for selling or leasing. To meet these dual purposes, the team crafted a versatile and timeless interior design. It enhanced the space with carefully selected art objects to add both aesthetic charm and a unique character, ensuring its appeal in the real estate market.
Challenge
Striking a balance between a visually appealing design and one that provides a comfortable living environment for a broad spectrum of people was the challenge. Creating a versatile design for a rental apartment project involves careful consideration of the diverse needs and preferences of potential tenants, while also maintaining future adaptability.
Concept
The core idea behind this design approach was to harmoniously marry the simplicity of minimalism with the allure of vibrant elements. It aimed to strike a delicate balance where clean lines, uncluttered spaces, and a neutral color palette coexisted seamlessly with bold and captivating decorative elements.
Realization
The bright, minimalist interior is furnished with bold Mad burgundy chairs and features a deep blue gradient carpet from Poliform. Adjacent to the chest of drawers, Meghan floor lamps by Nataly Bolshakova create captivating patterns of light. The stylish Poliform sofas are complemented by decorative pillows from Hermes. Indoor sculptures by Nazar Bilyk enhance the overall ambiance.
The Poliform kitchen features beige and glossy surfaces complemented by gray Sitland bar stools. Above the Poliform dining table hangs a simply designed pendant lamp from Artemide. The interior also boasts an impressive painting by Anatoly Krivolap.
Contardі curved lamps complement the plush style of the Delavega light bed. A Lora Piano terracotta blanket adds a stunning touch beside the Poliform Sara mirror, and the soft carpet's edging from Lora Piano ties the space together. A mirrored chest of drawers with clearly defined features and dark Poliform sideboards contribute to the volume and symmetry of the bedroom.
The bathroom exudes a striking contrast with its black and white color scheme, featuring distinctive marble-textured tiles from Atlas Concorde. The interior is complemented by sleek lamps from SLV and fixtures from Paffoni.
In this space, we have incorporated Poliform furniture in dark wood and leather. Poliform armchairs, upholstered in Lora Piano fabric, are positioned near the window. The Meghan table lamp by Nataly Bolshakova provides subtle desk lighting. The office is designed with minimalism in mind, eliminating unnecessary distractions and promoting a focused environment for work and reading.
