A project dealing with the historical roots of Saudi Arabia and with the future of Ras Al Khair.
A great sign the "The core" unites the industrial city with the residential city. “The core” is the city within the city! It's like a big Souk ( Suq) where everything happens, where there is life, fun, happiness.
“The core” is culture, a strong sign with Arab decorations where futuristic buildings are set, such as shopping malls, schools, cinemas, theatres, sports centers…
"The core" is an ecological place, where the building envelope protects people from solar radiation, wind, creating natural cooling and fascinating plays of shadow and light!
Ras Al Khair will be culture and future together.
