Inserted in a low-density urban area, a modern and stylish single-family home takes shape, drawing inspiration from both the lot's unique configuration and the sun's natural orientation. Implemented on a platform that extends across the terrain, it expands the living space beyond its physical limit, visually concealing access to the basement and parking.

The house develops in a North/South orientation, with the main compartments facing south, benefiting from sunlight in the winter and protected from it in the summer. At the back (south), the house expands onto a large garden with a pool, slightly elevated compared to the street level, ensuring some privacy in its use.

On the upper body, the wooden slatted cladding protects the facade from excessive sunlight, creating a visual rhythm that plays with fullness and emptiness, depth and light, transparency and privacy, resulting in permeability and lightness of the upper floor.
