Starting from a design elevation reference, was added to the terrain a housing platform that allows to integrate, in a soft way, the site’s natural contours.

The sites narrow and lengthwise shape, inescapably, led to sequential organization of the social spaces, from the lot’s front – entrance area – until the posterior elevation – a wide living and dining room area. The social spaces are open to the exterior, allowing a continuous and high permeable interaction resulting in a natural extension of the house to the property garden.

Therefore, the house organizes itself in a very linear and simple way, exposing the compartments in general to the west alignment – the most interesting side of the lot, since is where it’s possible to relate the house with the view and the skyline.
