The Gate House project has been completed with Bioclimatic principles, passive housing and study of natural light incidence. In addition to using thermic blocks, we have used "whiteroofing" as a way to reduce energy consumption.

Whiteroofing is the process of applying a reflective coating to a roof to reflect sunlight and reduce heat absorption. This can significantly lower the temperature inside a building and reduce the amount of energy needed to keep it cool. Overall, the combination of concrete with thermic blocks and whiteroofing is a powerful tool for creating sustainable, energy-efficient buildings that are built to last.
