The project is located in Valle de Uco, Tunuyán, a wine-growing area 100 kilometers south of the city of Mendoza.

It is a small winery with a capacity of 70,000 liters in tanks and 50,000 in barrels. The industrial program is complemented by a tourism sector that consists of a wine cellar, a tasting room and an administrative area.

The industrial organization is proposed in series from three consecutive parallel ships organized from east to west: grape harvest gallery, tank room and barrel room. The fruit enters from the east and the finished product leaves from the north. The entry of tourism is planned on the opposite side (west) entering from the south, it is

proposes a route in relation to the view of the landscape and the mountain range to the west and in visual contact with the barrel room. The wine cellar is located in the basement and the administrative area on the second level.

The scale of the project is determined by the needs of the industrial building; however, the tour of tourism maintains the same height, adding to the visuals of the tour the spatial experience. Finally, a system of parasols is proposed that with different angles regulate excessive sunlight from the west and qualify the route with controlled openings, temperatures and shadows.

The materiality of the project is thought from the relationship with the landscape, a concrete plinth in contact and coherence with a mineral and stony soil, and a second layer with a corten steel skin in relation to the colors of the vineyard in autumn and in winter. The terrace of the tasting room is perched on a piloted platform to achieve commanding visits to the landscape and generate the least possible impact.
