Hong Kong SILICON HILL property development is known for its backdrop of different mountains and the sea, so we drew inspiration from the many natural surroundings and used #artistic expressions to design the sales office.

After passing through the corridor of the entrance hall, visitors can see a semi-opened space composed using curved glass designed with the concept of blue sky. The #handmade flower bush in #leather was first shaped in 1:1 paper mock-up, then transferred to the craftsman for leather processing. We chose orange and purple colors to shape the flower bushes, which creates the harmony with the whole space.

The model area uses spheres of the same size to simulate the appearance of clouds in the sky by interspersing high and low, and hand-pinned white fabric to

make the surface texture closer to the clouds.

We interpreted the animals in and architecture in an artistic and abstract way, whose 10 shapes were first handmade by us with clay, then got digitized, and eventually shown as #NFT artworks on a dozen 3D holographic projectors on

the display wall.

The water corridor is a combination of different colors of polyester panels such as green, white and gray cut out in a pattern of water waves in the space.

We have infused this sales office with natural landscaping and technological elements so that young owners can feel a vibrant and energetic living scene.
