The location at N° 62 of Cristiano Viana Street, in the intersection with Rebouças Avenue, and a five-minute walk distance from the Oscar Freire subway station, guarantees easy access for residents to the financial centers of São Paulo (Faria Lima and Paulista avenues), as well as a range of services, good schools and proximity to the city’s the best restaurants and bars. On one side, the free and permanent view of the Gardens and, on the other, the entire infrastructure of the Pinheiros neighborhood.
