Caveman Coffee l Kuala Lumpur

Our completed cafe interior design project for Caveman Coffee in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

Caveman coffee is a place you can visit on a daily basis in order to drink coffee, to have a chat, to work or just to spend some chilling time. The fragant taste and smell of fresh made coffee follow by a slow-paced of reality life, while yearning for quick response on the Internet. Our design team proposed openness in space and different seating set up to accomadate different usage purpose, in order to balance the different physical and spiritual demands.

Delicate and indirect lighting complements its discreet cave character and the element that mark these cave inspired zone is the warm and dark lighting and shade in the interior space. 

The design team applied shades of brown color and textures to the internal space and external facade. Black coffee and touch of gold element help to enrich the emotions of the space, and create a contrasting visual compact along with the tactile smooth and rough coating textures.

To give the guests a sense of coziness we designed special planters where flower pots were lifted to the level of the sight of the seating guests.

The overall space was the canvas for those abstract volumes, with its curved walls and uneven textures, bringing the whole feel back to nature. This overall mood is simply calm, creating an environment that is as close to nature as possible.
