A multi-family villa surrounded by a private garden, with three floors and a very wide greenhouse: each floor will be customized on the base of the needs and aesthetics of the future owner.

This project was followed with an Artistic Direction. The project manager of the site was Paola Cappellini.

The house has a first floor attic – which we will see in the following images, a much larger ground floor to which the bedroom volume has been added, and a basement with a garage which is accessible from a ramp. From the glazed body in the centre, on the ground floor, you can access the common staircase and then the three apartments, while only internally from the first and ground floor is it possible to access the vast and highly enjoyable greenhouse.

New thermal break windows were installed, with a linear and contemporary profile in a dark colour, and all the tinsmithery (gutters, downpipes, metal profiles, etc.) was painted with the same RAL color code, so as to obtain in the simplest way coherence and linearity. The light color of the walls allows the thermal coat to perform better in terms of insulation, and emphasizes the dark tones of the technical elements. All around a luxuriant vegetation, among which the bamboo canes stand out.
