In Nice, in a historic building located on the seafront near the Negresco hotel, we took care of the renovation of a luxurious apartment, in particular creating the marble floorings and the bathrooms.

The project was developed directly with the end customer, therefore the architectural and structural elements of the windows and terraces were also created, thus managing to combine the needs of the restoration with the customer’s desire.

THE ENTRANCE WITH MARBLE INLAY FLOORING
Elegance is the first impression one experiences when entering a luxurious apartment in Nice, and this apartment embodies that essence.

The entrance features a marble floor with an inlay in Red Jasper on a Crema Marfil marble base, depicting a stylized sun, which serves as an elegant carpet in front of the entrance door.

Inlay is an ancient artistic technique that involves the insertion of stone pieces of different shades and colors to create a unique and fascinating design. The use of Red Jasper, with its intense chromatic hues and suggestive veins, gives the floor a truly spectacular appearance. Master craftsmen skillfully brought out the natural beauty of the stone, creating a customized pattern that exudes exclusivity and elegance.

The Crema Marfil marble, with its light cream tone and subtle veining, provides a perfect contrast to the Red Jasper inlay, highlighting the mastery of the work and creating a breathtaking visual effect. Additionally, marble is known for its durability and resistance, ensuring a high-quality floor that will remain stunning over time.

THE DINING ROOM: A MARBLE FLOORING WITH PRECIOUS INLAYS
The dining room of this luxurious apartment in Nice is made unique by an oval rosette with inlays in Brown Emperador depicting the buttoned lily, the symbol of the city of Florence, requested by the client to convey the “Made in Italy” and the proximity to Italian art. The dining room becomes a place where Italian culture merges with contemporary luxury, creating a refined and meaningful environment.

The use of Brown Emperador, a dark brown stone with golden veins, gives the rosette a magnificent appearance and a sense of prestige. The skill of the master craftsmen who created this rosette is reflected in the precision of the details and the perfection of the design.

To enhance the contrast and highlight the Brown Emperador inlays, the background of the dining room was made in Crema Marfil. The skillful use of this marble creates a harmonious visual balance, where the inlays become the absolute protagonists.

A MARBLE CARPET FOR THE CORRIDOR: A STEP TOWARDS ELEGANCE
In the corridor, an inlaid marble carpet has been created, composed of square tiles and a Diaspro Rosso border on a Crema Marfil background that runs the entire length of the space, inviting guests to enter.

This carpet serves as a visual invitation for guests to enter and discover the exclusive atmosphere of this prestigious residence.

The square tiles, meticulously crafted with millimetric precision, harmoniously combine to form a unique carpet. The Diaspro Rosso border adds a touch of refinement and defines the perimeter of the carpet, giving it a distinctive appearance. To emphasize the inlaid carpet and create a captivating visual contrast, the background of the corridor has been made in Crema Marfil.

MASTER BATHROOM IN FANTASTIC ONYX
In the master bathroom, the absolute protagonist is the Fantastic Onyx, a striking red onyx with prominent veins, used for the wall cladding, including the shower, the bathtub, and the sink countertop.

The technique used is the open-book layout to further enhance the natural veins of this splendid onyx.

Onyx is a natural stone characterized by extraordinary translucency and unique color shades. Thanks to its intrinsic beauty, onyx creates an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication in the bathroom. The wall cladding in onyx, with its suggestive veins and hues, gives the space a magical and mesmerizing appearance, transforming the bathroom into a true architectural gem.

SLEEPING AREA BATHROOM IN ROSA PERLINO MARBLE
In the bathroom dedicated to the second bedroom in the apartment, the dominant color is pastel. The Rosa Perlino, a natural stone with delicate shades of pink and subtle veins, has been used for the flooring, walls, and sink countertop, exuding a gentle elegance that perfectly complements the pastel green of the sink.

The Rosa Perlino, with its soft and warm tones, creates a luminous and harmonious atmosphere in the bedroom bathroom. This natural stone reflects light, giving the bathroom a sense of spaciousness and serenity.

A Nizza, in un palazzo storico situato fronte mare vicino all’hotel Negresco, ci siamo occupati della ristrutturazione di un lussuoso appartamento, in particolare realizzando le pavimentazioni in marmo e le sale bagno.

Il progetto è stato elaborato direttamente con il cliente finale, quindi sono stati realizzati anche gli elementi architettonici e strutturali delle finestre e delle terrazze, riuscendo così a combinare le esigenze del restauro con il desiderio del cliente.

L’INGRESSO CON PAVIMENTO IN MARMO INTARSIATO
L’eleganza è la prima impressione che si prova entrando in un lussuoso appartamento a Nizza e questo appartamento ne rappresenta l’essenza.

Sul pavimento in marmo dell’ingresso è stato realizzato un intarsio in Diaspro Rosso su una base in marmo Crema Marfil raffigurante un sole stilizzato, che rappresenta l’idea di un elegante tappeto di fronte alla porta di entrata. 

L’intarsio è un’antica tecnica artistica che prevede l’inserimento di pezzi di pietra di diverse tonalità e colori per creare un design unico e affascinante. L’uso del Diaspro Rosso, con le sue sfumature cromatiche intense e le venature suggestive, conferisce al pavimento un aspetto davvero spettacolare. L’intarsio è stato realizzato da maestri artigiani che hanno saputo valorizzare la bellezza naturale della pietra, creando un motivo personalizzato che trasmette un senso di esclusività ed eleganza.

Con la sua tonalità crema chiara e le venature sottili, il marmo Crema Marfil crea un contrasto perfetto con l’intarsio in Diaspro Rosso, mettendo in risalto la maestria dell’opera e creando un effetto visivo mozzafiato. Inoltre, il marmo è noto per la sua durabilità e resistenza, garantendo un pavimento di qualità che rimarrà splendente nel corso del tempo.

LA SALA DA PRANZO: UN PAVIMENTO IN MARMO CON PREZIOSI INTARSI
La sala da pranzo di questo appartamento di lusso a Nizza è resa unica da un rosone ovale realizzato con intarsi in Brown Emperador che raffigurano il giglio bottonato, il simbolo della città di Firenze, richiesto dal cliente per connotare il Made in Italy e la vicinanza all’arte italiana. La sala da pranzo diventa così un luogo in cui la cultura italiana si fonde con il lusso contemporaneo, creando un ambiente raffinato e pieno di significato

L’uso del Brown Emperador, una pietra di colore marrone scuro con venature dorate, conferisce al rosone un aspetto magnifico e un senso di prestigio. L’abilità dei maestri artigiani che hanno creato questo rosone si riflette nell’accuratezza dei dettagli e nella perfezione del disegno.

Per esaltare il contrasto e mettere in risalto gli intarsi in Brown Emperador, lo sfondo della sala da pranzo è stato realizzato in Crema Marfil. L’uso sapiente di questo marmo crea un equilibrio visivo armonioso, in cui gli intarsi diventano i protagonisti assoluti.

UN TAPPETO IN MARMO PER IL CORRIDOIO: UN PASSO VERSO L’ELEGANZA
Nel corridoio è stato realizzato un tappeto intarsiato composto da tasselli quadrati e una cornice in Diaspro Rosso su uno sfondo in Crema Marfil che percorre tutta la lunghezza dello spazio invitando l’ospite ad entrare.

Questo tappeto è un invito visivo per gli ospiti a entrare e a scoprire l’esclusiva atmosfera di questa residenza di prestigio.

I tasselli quadrati, realizzati con precisione millimetrica, si combinano armoniosamente per formare un tappeto unico. La cornice in Diaspro Rosso aggiunge un tocco di raffinatezza e definisce il perimetro del tappeto, donandogli un aspetto distintivo. Per enfatizzare il tappeto intarsiato e creare un contrasto visivo accattivante, lo sfondo del corridoio è stato realizzato in Crema Marfil.

BAGNO PADRONALE IN ONICE FANTASTICO
Nel bagno padronale il protagonista assoluto è l’Onice Fantastico, un onice dalle venature importanti di colore rosso, utilizzato per il rivestimento delle pareti, inclusa la doccia, della vasca e per il top del lavabo.

La tecnica utilizzata è la posa a macchia aperta in modo da valorizzare ulteriormente le venature naturali di questo splendido onice.

L’Onice è una pietra naturale caratterizzata da una straordinaria traslucenza e da sfumature cromatiche uniche. Grazie alla sua bellezza intrinseca, l’Onice crea un’atmosfera di lusso e raffinatezza nel bagno. Il rivestimento in Onice, con le sue venature e le sue sfumature suggestive, dona all’ambiente un aspetto magico e ipnotizzante, trasformando il bagno in un vero gioiello architettonico.

BAGNO ZONA NOTTE IN ROSA PERLINO
Nel bagno dedicato alla seconda camera da letto presente nell’appartamento, è dominante il colore pastello, infatti è stato utilizzato per il rivestimento di pavimenti, pareti e per il top del lavabo il Rosa Perlino, una pietra naturale con sfumature di rosa tenue e venature sottili, che conferiscono al bagno una delicata eleganza e che si abbina perfettamente al verde pastello del lavabo.

Il Rosa Perlino, grazie alla sua tonalità morbida e calda, è in grado di creare un’atmosfera luminosa e armoniosa nel bagno zona notte. Questa pietra naturale riflette la luce, donando al bagno una sensazione di spaziosità e serenità.
