The owner and her teenage daughter both needed their personal space. We’ve worked out the full project starting with layout and up to final touches. Each of the two bedrooms is in fact a multifunctional room with a sleeping zone and built-in storage facilities.
And we even managed to put a cool hanging chair for the girl to chill out.
As the project was done in the midst of pandemia the proper home-office was cruicial for the owner and I have arranged a working zone in her bedroom.
We created a relaxed enveloping space to ensure physical and emotional comfort in the centre of a busy city. Calm tones, natural tactilely pleasing materials - oak wood, linen, hand-made clay objects - all add to the comforting feeling of peace and relaxation.
It was important for the owner to have a bespoke space yet to stay on budget, so I’ve mixed fun designer pieces such as Seletti with made-to-measure furniture and affordable brands like Ikea and H&M home.
