This building was built in the first Pahlavi period using original Iranian architecture and common patterns in 1931 and was registered in the list of national monuments of Iran in 2003. In order to repair and preserve the value and antiquity of the building, as well as to meet the user needs of the design, the side walls were reinforced, as well as the upper half-floor roof due to the worn wood of the arched roof. In the past few years, additives materials such as plaster, whitewash, metal shutters and anything that contradicted the original structure of the building and the texture of the environment have been removed and the brick structure replaced by broken and worn bricks with Kazakh bricks - one of the oldest bricks used in Iran - of the buildings being demolished in the same historical context. Old and worn joints were removed and new joints were made with a layer of resin to increase the strength and life of the brick. It is noteworthy that no demolition was done to build the installation systems and most of the installations were done on the floor. Simultaneously with the restoration, the design process was considered in relation to the initial studies and the functional needs of the space-exchange office. Solving the accesses and diagrams of the spatial arena and specifying the dimensions and size, in accordance with the use of each space, was formed in this way. (Spatial diagrams)

In the matter of design, using arches and arrangement of bricks so that we can revitalize the space by shaping the form and examining the relationships of spaces to the use and initial idea generation in the design, some structures were made. The ideation was based on the fact that the arrangement of bricks as components of a building follows a series of parameters to build a form. In the design of the counter, these parameters have been used to construct the form of a parametric volume. (Design process diagrams)
