This project is a housing complex consisting of 24 apartments with two pools in the backyard, basement parking and storage common. The land contained two pre-existences,the Chalet and the stable. In these two elementsthe intervention went through total demolition of the interior space and its suitability to current uses, opting for the conservation of facades and other structural elements. The proposal develops throughout the land in a harmonious relationship between pre-existing buildings and new buildings.
