1/ living room, kitchen-dining room, office, gym;
2/ dressing room, garage, and guest bathroom;
3/ technical premises.
The garage for 2 cars has direct access to the hall and corridor of the house.
On the second floor are:
1/ master bedroom, 2 children's bedrooms, 1 guest bedroom;
2/ master bedroom with dressing room and bath, children's bedroom with separate dressing room and bath, guest bedroom with separate bath).
And for pleasant warm evenings in the fresh air, we provided terraces on the first floor and balconies on the second.
