EN – Restaurant, pool terrace and Motel. Redevelopment and extension of an existing slat building. The new cantilevered volume, like a photographic lens aimed at the street, a connective element between the ground floor and the terrace with the swimming pool. Boiserie in MDF shaped with strips, which covers the walls and becomes storage furniture, functional to the table service. A large iron spiral staircase connects the two floors and becomes a sculptural and distributive element. The Motel has seven rooms, all designed to match the restaurant's finishes and equipped with spacious bathrooms. The geometric purity of this architecture makes it an iconic and recognizable building.

Ristorante, terrazza con piscina e Motel. Intervento di riqualificazione ed ampliamento di un edificio a stecca esistente. Il nuovo volume a sbalzo, come un obbiettivo fotografico puntato sulla strada, elemento connettivo tra il piano terra e la terrazza con piscina. Boiserie in MDF sagomata a listelli, che riveste le pareti e diviene arredo contenitivo, funzionale al servizio tavoli. Una grande scala a chiocciola in ferro collega i due piani e si fa elemento scultoreo e distributivo. Il Motel è dotato di sette camere, tutte studiate a riprendere le finiture del ristorante e dotate di spaziosi bagni. La purezza geometrica di questa architettura ne fa un edificio iconico e riconoscibile.
