La Réserve | Glenn Sestig

One of Knokke’s most well-known Grande Dames, as well as one of its largest resorts, Hotel La Réserve is being thoroughly redesigned by Glenn Sestig Architects. The works, following the hotel’s acquisition by influential Belgian businessmen Bart Versluys and Marc Coucke, commence with the ground level’s expansive lobby, terrace and restaurant areas – the last notably to be transformed into a new fine dining experience by renowned Michelin-starred chef Peter Goossens. Glenn Sestig will be injecting his design magic in this generous but in-need-of-an-update hospitality complex, mixing dark accents with the lightness of a seaside-inspired colour palette.
