Island apartments | Razan Bandaly

Ayla’s Island Apartments comprises of a series of five apartment blocks, featuring a total of 24 buildings that house 279 spacious apartments.

The Island Apartment buildings are spread across four islands connected by beautiful bridges and courtyards.

Overlooking the Marina Village, the Island Apartments combine clean lines and a contemporary aesthetic with tasteful touches of Arabesque elegance, featuring wooden-screen facades, stucco walls, and stone bases. Natural light is central to the ambiance, with a continuously changing kaleidoscope of hues and shadows dancing from room to room throughout the day.

in cooberation with Al-najwa company i worked on island 3 an island 2 amount of 104 apartments and they come in a variety of sizes ranging from 1, 2, 2.5, and 3.5 bedrooms apartments,

scope of work :

1- Redesigned all the apartments and facades.

2-Isuued the schematic design package and design development package to the engineers of record.

3-Coordinate the architecture and interior plans with the mep and landscape teams.

4-Designed all exterior and interior staircases.

5-Reviewed landscape plans and architecture lighting facades.

6-produced 3 mockup apartments with full details for the engineer of record.

7-produced BOS for all fixtures,materials ,sanitary and electrical accessories. 

8-Designed all kitchens and bathrooms. 

9-Created the marketing kit and area calculation.
