L'intervento riguarda la variante ad un progetto esistente attuato attravrerso il riposizionamento del fabbricato nel relativo lotto e la rimodulazione progettuale delle piante e delle facciate. In particolare è stata privileggiata la facciata sulla strada principale attraverso il prolungamento delle verande verso un grigliato reticolare degradante che, nella facciata laterale, si infila tra i paramenti regolari delle facciate e gli schermi costituenti la pelle dell'edificio. Il rivestimento e la scelta dei colori sulle tonalità della terra completano l'intervento.

The project concerns the variation to an existing project implemented through the repositioning of the building in its lot and the revised design of the plants and the facades. In particular it has been privileged the façade on the main road through the extension of the verandas to a degrading reticular grid that, in the side façade slips between the garments of the regular facades and screens making up the skin of the building. The coating and the choice of colors on the earth tones complete the intervention.
