SAND | Flussocreativo Design Studio

Il progetto dello studio Flussocreativo è incentrato sull’unione di due appartamenti in uno, creando un ambiente luminoso caratterizzato dall’imperfezione della materia naturale.

L’appartamento si estende su una superficie di circa 90 mq in cui zona giorno e zona notte mantengono una coerenza d’insieme grazie l’uso della pavimentazione in resina e dal marmorino che riveste le pareti e gli alti soffitti dell’intera abitazione.

La zona giorno, valorizzata dalle ampie vetrate e dai tendaggi bianchi che conferiscono luminosità all’ambiente, viene definita nella sua funzionalità grazie all’utilizzo di un sottile binario nero applicato sul soffitto inclinato. I suoi faretti, infatti, fungono come accenti di scena sottolineando attraverso la loro luce puntuale i vari momenti dell’open-space.

Qui l’abete grezzo, rivestendo mobili su misura ed elementi strutturali, è il materiale di rottura con le tonalità gentili dell’ambiente, diventandone protagonista.

Le basi della cucina, il funzionale controsoffitto che ospita canalizzazione, filodiffusione ed illuminazione ed il mobile tv diventano attraverso questo materiale gli elementi caratterizzanti dell’ambiente, ciascuno studiato con dettagli progettuali esclusivi.

 I dettagli neri presenti in tutto l’open-space contrastano e collegano tra loro le diverse tonalità dei materiali sia nella zona giorno che in quella notte. I tubolari neri dei tendaggi e la rubinetteria si coordinano con l’illuminazione e gli accessori bagno.

Il bagno principale, caratterizzato anch’esso da una generosa altezza, è diviso cromaticamente tra la resina di colore Sabbia e il marmorino bianco delle pareti. Per interrompere il dualismo cromatico, è stato inserito un mobile di colore blu di Prussia e sanitari bianchi lucidi sospesi.

 Nella zona notte, oltre alla spensierata cameretta in parquet di noce dalle fantasie romantiche, troviamo la camera matrimoniale. Qui è stata prestata particolare attenzione all’organizzazione degli elementi per creare un’ambiente confortevole e completo.

I due tagli architettonici ricavati nella parete retro letto, infatti, permettono di accedere da un lato al bagno padronale, dall’altro ad una pratica cabina armadio.

Le geometrie verticali delle piastrelle lucide e l’uso di un arredo essenziale rendono questi due spazi funzionali ricchi di dettagli caratterizzanti e coerenti con l’atmosfera dell’intera abitazione.

 Sand è un progetto di interior design in cui finiture ed essenze naturali sono il risultato di un ambiente sapientemente gestito attraverso le necessità della committenza, rispettando le caratteristiche individuali dei due appartamenti iniziali e farne punti di forza.

The project by Studio Flussocreativo is focused on combining two apartments into one, creating a bright environment characterized by the imperfection of natural matter.

The flat covers an area of about 90 sq meters in which the living and sleeping areas maintain an overall coherence thanks to the use of resin floor and by the marmorino marble that covers the walls and high ceilings of the whole house.

The living area, enhanced by the large windows and white curtains that give brightness to the room, is defined in its functionality by the use of a thin black track applied on the sloping ceiling. Its spotlights, in fact, act as stage accents emphasizing through their punctual light the various moments of the open-space.

Rough hemlock, covering custom furniture and structural elements,  is the material that breaks with the gentle tones of the room, becoming its protagonist.

The bases of the kitchen, the functional false ceiling that houses ducting, piping and lighting and the TV cabinet become through this material the characterizing elements of the environment, each designed with exclusive design details.

Black details throughout the open-plan space contrast and connect the different shades of materials in both the living and sleeping areas. Black tubular draperies and faucets coordinate with the lighting and bathroom accessories.

The main bathroom, also characterized by a generous height, is chromatically divided between the sand-color resin and the white marmorino of the walls. To interrupt the chromatic dualism, a Prussian Blue-colored cabinet and white glossy wall-hung bathroom fixtures were included.

In the sleeping area, in addition to the carefree walnut parquet bedroom with romantic patterns, we find the double bedroom. Here special attention was paid to the organization of elements to create a comfortable and complete environment.

In fact, the two architectural cuts made in the wall behind the bed provide access to the master bathroom on one side and a practical walk-in closet on the other.

The vertical geometries of the glossy tiles and the use of essential furniture make these two functional spaces rich in characterizing details and consistent with the atmosphere of the whole house.

Sand is an interior design project in which natural finishes and essences are the result of an environment wisely managed through the needs of the client, respecting the individual characteristics of the two initial apartments and making them strong points.
