Renovation of Avra City Boutique Hotel Chania Crete / Greece / 2023

The boutique hotel, which is located in the heart of Chania, has five levels and accommodates 27 rooms, a reception area, a restaurant and meeting space, a bar and an internal courtyard.
The primary focus of the project was to preserve the authentic neoclassical essence of the original building. This aesthetic was meticulously maintained, both in terms of the exterior facade and the interior spaces.
To achieve this, we incorporated materials such as wood, marble, upholstery designs and intricate detailing. Additionally, a thoughtful lighting scheme was implemented to accentuate the building's facade and ensure optimal illumination throughout the interior.
