Design by Konstantin Prokopenko and Anna Zorina.

This apartment was created for a young girl, a student. One of the main wishes was to create a visually warm space with a clear sense of natural motifs and an abundance of wood.
The doorway from the hall was widened, which made it possible to let in the light and view from the window and change the first impressions of entering the apartment.

With some restrictions in the layout, we managed to place a dressing room and a master bathroom in the bedroom, in one block. All built-in furniture was made according to our drawings and dimensions by carpentry workshops.

In both bathrooms, according to our sketches, massive marble sinks were made, from which it is impossible to take your eyes off. A bathroom was located in the master bathroom, and a shower room in the guest bathroom.

We moved away from the classic solution of window sills and neatly framed the windows. They also paid attention to the doorways and the entrance to the living room was highlighted with terrazzo material, which was applied directly on the object. The project also used the beloved Swiss board Bauwerk. It was applied decorative plaster to the walls and ceilings.
We immediately agreed with the customer on the wish to assemble a soft palette in halftones and not use contrasting solutions. Therefore, there are quite a lot of dusty natural shades in the project, but merging into a single range. At some point, I wanted to add irony to the project, and so red accents appeared throughout the project, especially a favorite among them is the sconces of the Ingo Maurer in the hallway.

We paid special attention to the lighting project, because we wanted to lay a chamber atmosphere not only with decorative solutions, but also with technical ones. There was a desire to keep the ceilings clean, so we moved away from the simple single scenario of general lighting and asked questions about the specific task of each lamp on the ceiling. Based on this, we have formed several options for turning on the light.

The greatest success of the project is the customer, with whom we were on the same wavelength in imagining the future space and the sensations of it. After all, we go quite a long way from the beginning of design to implementation, so with whom we go through it and in what mood is one of the main criteria to call the project successful or not.
