The site in the urbanization control zone has no neighboring buildings next to each other, and the expanse of space of the surrounding roads and fields gives the impression of occupied space, despite the different ownership. Taking advantage of the topography of the river breakwater bank and the privilege of having a panoramic view of the city, mountains, and ocean beyond, the first floor of the existing building was extended to create a spacious living room as a gentle boundary between the interior and exterior, and three types of translucent spaces were added around it as buffers between the existing building and the garden and terrace, The building was constructed in a layered configuration.
As different types of plastic greenhouses on the farmland are employed for different types of cultivation and at different times of the year, each was designed to suit different uses.
