This is a traditional building from the late 19th century, which housed 3 flats, sharing a common garden. The project consists in the rehabilitation and transformation of this building into a single-family dwelling. A design was sought that combines the original features (by recovering the exterior façades, including shutters, trims, skirting boards), with new materials and contemporary solutions, which are better suited to a modern day living.
