The project is situated at Xiong'an Citizen Service Center, Hebei, China, with a total area of about 3,775 sqm. It is the first prefabricated office project in Xiong'an New Area. Its orientation and concept are "being green, modern and intelligent".

The designers used innovative technologies, and applied new concepts such as prefabricated construction and energy conservation to the entire space. The space consists of business area, office area and leisure area, which perfectly combines one-stop leisure services with office functions and also takes account into modern people's deep inner demands.

In the space, various green plants are dotted in the space, which are arranged in an encircled way, giving people surprises.

Apart from that, a variety of intelligent technologies such as facial recognition access control system, digital management, conference room reservation system and wireless projectors are incorporated into the office area. Moreover, the technology of opening doors by shaking mobile phones enables the intelligent interaction between people and the space at any time.
