The building is in close proximity to landmarks such as the National Theater “Ivan Vazov” and the Nationa Gallery. Also, the hotel offers a magnificent view of the colorful and oldest City Garden of Sofia.
The view is enhanced by the aluminium curtain wall system that covers the wide spans of the windows. The curtain walls are ideally combined with the stone that was used for the first floors, providing robustness and modern touch to the construction.
